CS4ODFL (Samoa) Pre-Course Survey

Welcome to the short-course on Communication Skills for Open, Distance and Flexible Learning (CS4ODFL) offered through the MESC Lifelong Learning Lab (MiLLL).

Before you get too far into the course, we would like you to complete this survey which will only take 5-10 minutes. Your input will be helpful to provide some background information on the participants enrolling in the CS4ODFL course.

Your participation is voluntary, and you are not obligated to complete the survey. If you choose to do so, you will remain anonymous and you will be asked to provide your email only with the intent to do a follow-up survey with you upon completion of the course (providing your email is optional). The data you provide will be used only by the MiLLL
